The Project Blueprint provides preliminary planning and is not a construction contract, final design, engineering plan, permit document, or guarantee of project price or schedule. Project credit and any additional design or planning services are subject to the written consultation terms.

Membership details
Membership covers one qualifying residential HVAC system at the enrolled property, subject to an initial equipment inspection. Priority scheduling applies Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and is subject to availability. Repairs, parts, refrigerant, extensive cleaning, and replacement equipment are additional. The 10% repair discount is limited to $250 per membership year and cannot be combined with another offer. Monthly enrollment requires an initial 12-month term.
The filter benefit includes one standard 1-inch disposable furnace filter valued up to $15 with each scheduled maintenance visit. Specialty, high-efficiency, extended-media, washable, electronic, proprietary, and OEM filters are additional. The $15 allowance may be applied toward an upgraded filter.
